Stephen Tooke

Stephen Tooke is a Partner in TQ with a unique background. He spent 13 years in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as an Inspector and Boat Unit Commander, where he achieved a Commendation for ‘Initiative and Leadership of a very high order’. More recently he had a 9-year tour as Harbourmaster of Salcombe in Devon, one of the UK’s busiest recreational waterways. He brings a passion for operational excellence and an emphasis on customer service to the team.

Stephen’s most recent achievement was coordinating the entire waste management strategy for Walt Disney’s production of “Alice in Wonderland”, filmed at Antony House in Torpoint, Devon. Many tonnes of construction materials, waste glass, paper and plastic were recovered from the operation which serviced up to 700 people on site during the height of the production.
