Recycle Plastics

TQ Recycling will collect all of your recyclable plastics - the majority will be plastic bottles and containers but we will also collect your shrink wrap from agricultural and marine style applications. There are about 50 different groups of plastics, with hundreds of different varieties. All types of plastic are recyclable. To make sorting and thus recycling easier, the American Society of Plastics Industry developed a standard marking code to help consumers identify and sort the main types of plastic. These types and their most common uses are:

  Re usable Recycling Bags

Where space is at a premium or you have steps or narrow alley ways we are able to provide re usable recycling bags which are of the following dimensions: W500mm x D500mm x H600mm.

These will be left outside your premises and emptied into the reserve bins on the vehicle.

  Disposable Sacs

These sacs are for lower volumes of waste generated or where again storage space is at a premium and you need a more regular collection.

The disposable sacs are 70 litre capacity and are supplied on a roll of 50 or multiples of this. The price quoted includes delivery and collection of the bag when full.
